The Tuttles Madcap Misadventures

If you wanted to introduce your child to a platformer - The Tuttles is the way to go. A family-friendly, relatively easy platform game where each member of the family has to hop, double jump, pick up items, battle noxious things, read scrolls, fall into holes and get out of them. Legacy makes it easy and you never feel trapped for long. The story has the Tuttle family going on a family vacation. Mom shops in the super Market, Dad trudges to get gas after the flying car crashes, Jess and Zack do their own adventuring through caves and jungles. The original trip to the Alamo sort of gets longer and a lot more exciting. The format is the same for each of the characters - only the scenery changes. Kids will find that as the game gets deeper - they get better at it. There are 40 levels and the cartoon-like graphics are carefully done and richly colored. Hybrid disk plays both Mac and PC.

Game voices, that at least mothers and fathers might recognize, Jamie Lee Curtis, Bob Saget, Dominic Scott Kay, and William Shatner, deliver humorous one-liners. These stars have contributed their talent to help rise money for the Starlight Children's Foundation.

In buying the game, you not only get a good game but you do a good deed. Legacy donates a large portion of the sale of the game to the Starlight Children's Foundation that provides aid and comfort to the very ill children. The games sells for $20.00.
